Before you book.
Can you help with small jobs?
Yes. Single TV installations, setup issues and smaller maintenance jobs are welcome. Send the details and your suburb so Marc can confirm whether the job is suitable.
Is choosing a date a confirmed booking?
No. The enquiry form lets you suggest a day. Marc confirms the work, price and appointment with you directly. You must send the email draft from your email app for Marc to receive it.
What should I send for a quote?
A brief description, your suburb, photos of the work area and any equipment model numbers. For strata or commercial work, include access hours and the authorised site contact.
Do you work with strata and businesses?
Yes. Enquiries are welcome for shops, commercial premises, strata and property maintenance. The scope and any access or approval requirements are discussed before work begins.
Are electrical services available now?
Electrical services are coming soon and are not currently available to book. Any fixed electrical work needed for a current project must be handled by a licensed electrician.
Can I find you on Airtasker?
Marc accepts Airtasker work as well as private enquiries. For work arranged on Airtasker, keep the booking and payment within the platform and its applicable terms.
Do you install TVs, intercoms, alarms, CCTV and access control?
Yes. Television wall mounting and security work are core services, including intercoms, alarms, CCTV and access control. Marc also offers annual smoke and heat alarm testing, battery changing, and fire panel installations, upgrades or repairs. The equipment, site and required scope are confirmed before quoting.
What handyman work is excluded?
Painting, sanding, plumbing, complex carpentry, structural building work and major renovations are outside the service. Marc focuses on basic handyman tasks alongside his core technical work.
