Marc’s security equipment experience includes homes, businesses and strata buildings. Any future security scope must be confirmed under the required Master licence arrangements before a quote is accepted or work begins.
Installations, upgrades and repairs
Enquire about new equipment, replacing an older intercom or alarm, fault finding, camera connectivity, app setup and associated data cabling. Share the make and model, symptoms and photos of the equipment. Monitoring subscriptions and response services are only included if expressly agreed in a separate service arrangement.
Access control for your entrances
Discuss entry readers, keypads, cards or fobs, user permissions and integration with compatible intercom and security equipment. New installations, upgrades and fault finding are assessed against the existing doors, system and site requirements. The quote identifies the devices, permissions, testing and handover included.
A useful handover
The agreed job includes checking the installed functions and explaining everyday operation. Account ownership, authorised users, notification settings and secure credential handover are discussed with you. Do not send alarm codes or passwords in the enquiry form.
Confirm the details
