From a fault to a planned upgrade
Enquire about fire panel installation, replacement, upgrades and repairs. Marc will discuss the current system, compatibility, access and any commissioning or documentation required before confirming the work.
A clear scope for the system
Provide the panel make and model, photos, displayed fault information and any available service records. The quote identifies which panel, devices, cabling and tests are included, with any additional specialist work or approvals identified separately.
Coordinate the visit
For shared or occupied buildings, nominate an authorised site contact. Access, planned interruptions, notifications and any monitoring-provider arrangements must be coordinated before the work begins.
Testing and certification
Installation and maintenance records cover the agreed work. Annual Fire Safety Statement assessments and statutory certification are separate services and are only included when expressly quoted and performed by appropriately authorised practitioners. General electrical services remain coming soon; any required mains electrical work must be separately arranged with a licensed electrical contractor.
